Lo Champagne Brut Blanc de Blancs “Second Skin” di Ruinart rappresenta una nuova importante tappa nella storia della celebre Maison di Reims. Dopo due anni di ricerca e sviluppo, Ruinart propone un innovativo ed elegante packaging, che racchiude le sue preziose bottiglie. La nuova confezione sostituisce i tradizionali Coffret, rivoluzionando il mondo delle confezioni regalo. Al suo interno è custodita una delle etichette icona, il Blanc de Blancs, da sempre simbolo della raffinata purezza dei migliori Chardonnay della tenuta. Un’etichetta resa ancora più esclusiva e che acquista una nuova allure, grazie alla custodia dall’estetica ricercata, eco-compatibile e completamente riciclabile. “Second Skin” Brut Blanc de Blancs è uno Champagne che conferma il primato di una delle Maison più importanti della Champagne. Dal 1729 Ruinart produce etichette simbolo di eccellenza, che ancora oggi rappresentano la massima espressione della Champagne. Proprio per ribadire il suo primato, la Maison ha investito in un progetto di un nuovo packaging senza plastica, leggerissimo ed ecologico. Una vera e propria seconda pelle, che veste le bottiglie e sottolinea l’impegno in termini di responsabilità sociale e rispetto dell’ambiente. Il nuovo packaging è realizzato in fibre di legno naturale, proveniente da foreste europee gestite secondo criteri sostenibilità ambientale. Una scelta green, in linea con le nuove istanze della società contemporanea. Al tatto rivela una leggera trama, che ricorda la texture delle pareti di gesso delle storiche Crayères della Maison, impreziosita da delicati rilievi a sbalzo. Modellata in un unico pezzo, riproduce perfettamente la forma della bottiglia come una sorte di 2nd skin. Blanc de Blancs “Second Skin” di Ruinart è il frutto della selezione delle migliori uve di Chardonnay della tenuta, provenienti da vigne classificate Premier Cru Côte des Blancs e Montagne de Reims. Ai vins clairs del millesimo si unisce una percentuale del 20-25% di vini di riserva, in modo da rendere l’assemblaggio armonioso e complesso. La seconda fermentazione si svolge in bottiglia secondo il Metodo Champenoise, con un affinamento sui lieviti di 36 mesi. Nel calice è di colore giallo dorato brillante, con un perlage molto fine e persistente. Il bouquet regala eleganti profumi floreali, di scorza di cedro, fragranze fruttate e sfumature di crosta di pane e pasticceria. Il sorso è limpido, con aromi maturi e sfaccettati, ben equilibrato da un finale lungo, sapido e di vivace freschezza. Una bottiglia imperdibile per tutti gli amanti del celebre marchio di Reims.
