Il Pinot Nero Tramin è prodotto esclusivamente con le omonime uve. Le uve provengono da vigneti che si estendono su colline contigue alla montagna, a un'altitudine compresa tra i 350 e i 450 m s.l.m., su terreni calcarei di conformazione argillosa e ghiaiosa sottoposti a forti escursioni termiche. L'uva è raccolta tutta a mano e posta in piccoli contenitori che la mantengono integra. La macerazione avviene a temperatura controllata (26°C) con rimontaggi e sommersioni giornaliere della vinaccia per incrementare la cessione di sostanze dalle bucce. Fermentazione e invecchiamento in barrique francesi, in grandi botti di rovere e piccoli contenitori d'acciaio per almeno 6 mesi. Bottiglia 75 cl
