Pinot Grigio Tramin 'Unterebner' è un vino bianco elegante che gode della brezza alpina, del terreno roccioso e delle accentuate escursioni termiche. è composto da uve a varietà Pinot Grigio in purezza. Proviene da viti con età media compresa tra i 10 e i 30 anni. La vendemmia si svolge manualmente nel mese dio settembre e la fermentazione avviene all’interno di botti di legno e parzialmente in tonneaux. All’interno degli stessi contenitori il vino affina a contatto con i propri lieviti fino alla fine di agosto. Una volta imbottigliato, matura ancora per altri 3 mesi, per poi essere messo in commercio. Bottiglia 75 cl
