Il Lagrein Tramin è prodotto esclusivamente con le omonime uve provenienti da vigneti che si estendono in zona collinare a 250-400 metri slm su terreni calcarei di conformazione argillosa, ghiaiosa e sabbiosa sottoposti a forti escursioni termiche. L'uva è raccolta tutta a mano e posta in piccoli contenitori che la mantengono integra. Poi le uve vengono diraspate e fermentate a temperatura controllata (28-30°C) in piccoli contenitori d'acciaio e di cemento, dove avviene la fermentazione malolattica. Affinamento in fusti di rovere di varia capacità e parzialmente in vasche di cemento per almeno 6 mesi. Bottiglia 75 cl
