Il Pinot Grigio Köfererhof è un bianco piacevole, complesso e gradevole dall'inizio alla fine. Il vino cresce a circa 650 m s.l.m. a Novacella, vicino Bressanone, nonché uno dei vigneti più settentrionali della penisola.
