Il Muller Thurgau ''Sofi'' Franz Haas è prodotto esclusivamene con l'omonimo vitigno allevato a Pergola tradizionale ed a Guyot ad altitudine variabile tra 500 e 800 metri. I terreni, misti tra argilla e porfido, sono esposti a sud e sud-ovest. Dopo una breve macerazione per favorire l'estrazione aromatica, il pigiato viene delicatamente pressato. Successivamente il mosto viene fermentato a temperatura controllata in vasche d'acciaio dove poi maturano per circa cinque mesi. Il vino affina per un breve periodo in bottiglia prima della commercializzazione. Bottiglia 75 cl
