Un prodotto da apprezzare per la sua leggerezza e bevibilità, che però non maschera il proprio carattere, deciso e mai remissivo, impronta che Di Lenardo cerca di riservare a ognuna delle etichette di sua produzione nella cantina di Ontagnano, in provincia di Udine. Uno Chardonnay perfetto per tutte le stagioni, da scegliere per andare sempre sul sicuro, con una bottiglia ben realizzata dove sono i profumi floreali a manifestarsi con efficacia. Lo Chardonnay Di Lenardo è un vino bianco le cui uve vengono scrupolosamente selezionate e raccolte a mano all’interno dei vigneti aziendali, per poi essere pressate sofficemente; il vino fermenta alcoolicamente, svolgendo anche la malolattica, in acciaio inox a temperatura controllata, dove poi rimane ad affinare sui propri lieviti per qualche mese, sino al momento dell’imbottigliamento. Il vino bianco Chardonnay realizzato da Di Lenardo colpisce l’occhio con un colore giallo dorato, che risulta attraversato da pallidi riflessi verdolini. Il naso è fresco e vivace, giovane, contraddistinto da note principalmente floreali, impreziosite da leggeri tocchi erbacei e fruttati. Al palato colpisce per la grande bevibilità, caratteristica che viene enfatizzata da un sorso rinfrescante dotato di un’interessante nota sapida. Trova la propria vocazione gastronomica con le ricette a base di verdure e di pesce, anche crudo, come quelle tipiche della cucina giapponese.
