Lo Stoan Tramin è un blend di Chardonnay, Sauvignon, Pinot Bianco e Gewürztraminer, l'uva è raccolta tutta a mano e posta in piccoli contenitori che la mantengono integra; pressatura immediata; fermentazione lenta a temperatura controllata (18°-20°) in botti di legno (30–40 hl), nei quali avviene anche la fermentazione malolattica; sfecciatura del mosto per sedimentazione naturale. Affinamento in botti grandi di legno (30-40 hl), sempre a contatto con i lieviti fino a fine agosto. Dopo l'imbottigliamento, il vino è lasciato in bottiglia per un minimo di 3 mesi per un'ulteriore maturazione, portando il periodo di affinamento complessivo ad un minimo di 14 mesi. Bottiglia 75 cl
