Barolo Vajra Cerretta 2015 rappresenta una delle espressioni più significative del cru Cerretta, situato nel comune di Serralunga d’Alba, territorio noto per vini di grande struttura e longevità. Questo vino nasce all’interno del progetto Luigi Baudana, storica realtà oggi custodita dalla famiglia Vajra, che ne segue con rigore ogni fase produttiva, dalla vigna alla cantina. Le uve provengono da parcelle selezionate, dove suoli ricchi e condizioni pedoclimatiche favorevoli contribuiscono a definire un profilo profondo e territoriale. La vinificazione si ispira alla più autentica tradizione del Barolo, con fermentazioni accurate e lunghe macerazioni volte a estrarre in modo armonico le componenti nobili del Nebbiolo. L’affinamento avviene in grandi botti di rovere, scelta che consente al vino di evolvere lentamente, preservando integrità e complessità.
