Il Villa Antinori è un vino Rosso che nasce dalla pluriennale esperienza del team della cantina nel realizzare blend dove equilibrio e armonia rappresentano la chiave per una beva appagante e di impatto, senza sbavature. Un’etichetta dove il grande Sangiovese, uva che nel corso dei decenni è stata particolarmente valorizzata da Antinori, è accompagnata da un trittico di vitigni internazionali, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot e Syrah, accuratamente selezionati e dosati nel taglio finale, per far sì che morbidezza e rotondità siano il frutto della relazione tra territorio e operato dell’uomo. Questo Villa Antinori Rosso nasce da un sapiente taglio dove il vitigno autoctono a bacca rossa più rappresentativo di tutto il terroir toscano, il Sangiovese, si unisce a tre fra le uve internazionali più coltivate in tutto il mondo: Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot e Syrah. Dopo la raccolta, rigorosamente manuale e volta a garantire solo il massimo della qualità, i grappoli vengono pressati in maniera soffice, per poi fermentare e macerare in contenitori di acciaio; seguono la fase della maturazione, svolta in barrique per 12 mesi, e dell’imbottigliamento. Il Villa Antinori Rosso è un IGT Toscana che assume nel bicchiere un colore intenso che richiama il rosso del rubino. Frutta matura, spezie dolci e un lieve accenno di fiori appassiti: ecco i profumi che compongono lo scheletro olfattivo che avvolge il naso sin dai primi istanti. All’assaggio è rotondo, armonioso, caratterizzato da un sorso schietto, decisamente morbido e avvolgente; termina con un finale caratterizzato da un’ottima persistenza. Una bottiglia con cui Antinori fa assaporare sapori e sensazioni che raccontano della perfetta sinergia fra terra e uomo, e che è davvero piacevole in accompagnamento a una sfiziosa grigliata di carne.
